Eric Darnell is the director for Madagascar 3 too

We all know that Eric Darnell was the director for Madagascar 1, 2 but now it is confirmed he will also be the director for the new Madagascar 3 !

His (short) biography:

"He attended Shawnee Mission East High School in Prairie Village, Kansas, where he was a writer for the school newspaper the Harbinger. He studied broadcast journalism at the University of Colorado at Boulder. After graduating in '83, he spent four years working on experimental films, which helped him get accepted into the Experimental Animation program study at the California Institute of the Arts."

So we can expect that the third one will be similar to the first two movies...

Madagascar 3 is OFFICIALLY confirmed

Jeffrey Katzenberg from dreamworks was on Television Critics Association press (January 9, 2009) for helping to promote the Pingiun spinoff of successful Madagascar films. Now he wasnted there only to confirm that but he also told that there will be a third Madagascar on the stage!

With over over $500 million dollars worldwide at the box office, Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa was defenitly a blockbuster, so will madagascar 3 hopefully...
